Excretory conduit cut transverselly in different sections, observed with the objective of 40x. We can view the lumen in each of them, as well as the cuboidal epithelium showing apparent blue-stained nuclei (yellow). Around the conduits appear connective tissue, integrated by light blue-stained collagen fibers and numerous dark blue-stained fibrocytes nuclei. Around the zone of connective tissue appear blue-stained serous acini and red-stained mucous acini.
