Detail of a seminal rudiment observed with the objective of 40x. We can discern the embryo sac, showing the egg cell in one of the poles, next to the two synergid cells. In the other pole appears one of the three antipodal cells. Next to the center are insinuated one of both polar nuclei and several vacuoles (yellow). Around the sac we can see the cells that compose the nucellus and, more externally, part of the integuments. Finally, it is also visible part of the internal epidermis of the ovary and the surrounding parenchyma
