• June 1st: Deadline to preregister (just to include your name), if you want reduction for attending a previous edition.
• June 9th: Deadline to propose a mini-symposium.
• June 14th: Acceptance of mini-symposium proposals.
• June 15th: After this date, you will pay additional 50 euros in Conference Fees.
• June 18th: For all inclusive participants: Cutoff date for the payment of accommodation fees (After this date, you will pay additional 50 euros).
• June 22nd: The deadline to submit an abstract.
• June 25th: Abstract rejection notification.
• June 26th: To be included in the Scientific Programme, you have to confirm your participation paying the registration fees or the hotel reservation before June 26th.
• June 27th: Conference program posted on conference website.
• June 30th: Registration desk will be open in Hotel El Postigo and Parador de Úbeda. (For all inclusive participants: Shuttle service from Linares-Baeza train station to Úbeda, and Dinner at 9:00 p.m. in Parador de Úbeda)
• July 1st: Opening Ceremony at 09:30 a.m.. Registration desk will be open in UNED (Address: Gradas, 10, Úbeda).
• July 1th-4th: Conference.
• July 5th: For all inclusive participants: Shuttle service to Linares-Baeza train station.
