Conference fees
The fees of the meeting have two concepts corresponding to the two steps that you will find in the on-line registration system:
We have traditionally encouraged participants to attend the conferences during the whole period and to participate in all the activities.
Anyway, some participants could not be able to attend all the days.
If this were the case, they could pay just the Registration fees A) and arrange their hotels by themselves.
(In a similar way, if you decide to attend the conference as an on-line participant, you would pay just the Registration Fees A))
The rest of the participants would attend in our traditional all inclusive conference.
They must register and pay A), the Registration Fees, and B) Accommodation.
A) Registration
€ 330 are the Regular Registration Fees.
Regular Conference fees include: material, abstracts book, visit to Úbeda and coffee-breaks.
These participants will be granted with a printed volume of the Jaen Journal on Approximation.
€ 430 are the Collaborator Registration Fees.
Collaborator Conference fees include: material, abstracts book, visit to Úbeda and coffee-breaks.
These participants will be granted with a printed volume and full online access (IP address)
to the Jaen Journal on Approximation during a year.
€ 530 are the Benefactor Registration Fees.
Benefactor Conference fees include: material, abstracts book, visit to Úbeda and coffee-breaks.
These participants will be granted with a printed volume, full online access (IP address and Institutional IP range) to the Jaen Journal on Approximation during a year.
If you decide to pay the conference fees after June 15th by bank money order, by credit card or by cash at the registration desk,
you will pay additional € 50.
The registration fees must be paid by bank money order to (All the expenses of the bank money order will be paid by the participant)

or at the registration desk once in Úbeda by cash.
To be included in the scientific program, you have to pay A)-Registration or B)-Accommodation-reservation before June 26th.
Our intention is that most participants do not need the registration desk. In this way, if you choose all-inclusive conference and you pay accommodation and local expenses ( B) ) (before June 18th) and conference fees ( A) ), you can go directly to your hotel where you will find in your room the abstracts book, the program, detailed information, invoices, material, etc.
You will be also able to check your registration by means of
our on-line registration system. To access to your information you will have to use the email address and the password that you have introduced in the on-line form. You can access the on-line registration system at any moment from the menu of the Conference.
